We have to wear a GREEN SWEATSHIRT;- either a BLACK SKIRT OR TROUSERS (no fashion zips, buckles, patch pockets or frayed – must be worn around the waist. belts have to be black. no flares, hipsters or floor scrapers. no denim, canvas, corduroy or anything like that);- PLAIN BLACK SHOES (no trainers, sandals, open backs, boots, high heels or platforms);- no jewellery except one small stud or sleeper in each ear or one small ring on finger (no other types of earrings, facial jewellery, necklaces, bracelets or bangles);- make-up to be worn discreetly;- extreme hairstyles and brightly dyed colours arent allowed;- plain outdoor coat can be worn;- no denim or leather.

I’m not sure what you mean by sweatshirt, but if you have a normal shirt for your uniform you could get a cute black high-waisted skirt with a belt for your waist in a black satin, and then just tuck your green shirt in.
A pair of plain black flats and I think that would look nice if you left your hair down and put on a little bit of blush and mascara.

Well you’re not going to be there forever so it’s not that bad,maybe you could get a nice fitted skirt,some nicer shoes,not really sure what else to suggest

For shoes, get some nice black pumps
Some dimond studs
False lash effect mascara from any make up store
For you hair, just keep it either down, straight, curled or up.

Wow, that really sucks. I used to go to a uniformed school. so I know what it’s like.
If you want to make it look nicer, try maybe tying a ribbon in your hair every once in a while, or wearing a cute, non-denim, non-leather jacket from Forever 21 or American Eagle. You could bring a nice backpack, too, and you could get a belt with a discreet but cute cut-out pattern. Scarves would be a nice accessory, too.
